I've progressed through 5 positions in 4 cities over 3 years. I've had so many opportunities to develop myself professionally and personally and had the pleasure of doing it all with an incredibly inspairational team. Being part of such an ambitious and talented community is something I'll never take for granted.

Human Resources Project Manager
Katie Longbottom
My five years with New World have presented so many opportunities, year on year, to grow both personally and professionally. My amazing role which I truly love, continues to evolve as I do. It is the only company that I have come across, which could deliver the evolution of a job to fit my evolving skillset, my passions and interests, and our growing company. I find I am continually inspired, and I have so much freedom in my choices, I know how lucky I am to be with New World.
Marketing

Senior Sales Manager
Matt Lewty
Having worked alongside the company in various roles since New World began, I have seen us blossom into the industry leading enterprise we are today. The role of Sales and Events manager lets you be an active part in that development, which is extremely humbling and rewarding when you can see something you have implemented be successful. Aside from that, the support the company offers for personal development is one which I haven’t found anywhere else and has enabled me to learn new skills which I’ve been able to implement at work as well. Throw into the mix the fantastic work that the Tribes team do, and it feels like you are working for one huge family!

Sales & Marketing Director
Stephanie Lloyd
In Marketing, a brand isn’t just a logo… it’s the people, it’s the ability to appeal to all consumer senses and stand for something greater, together!
New World encompasses that.
Our people are our brand. We’re pioneers. What we’re doing we’ve never done before; we’re growing fast and we’re constantly exploring. We’re living in the moment but we’re also planning for the future.
Kitchen

NWTC Chef Academy Apprentice
Francesco, Junior Sous Chef @ The Club House
When I first started this new experience I wasn't sure about it, thinking to "go back to school" didn't excite me much. But straight after the first lesson I was interested and understood what a big opportunity the company was giving me. As the week and lessons went on, the more I started to fit in and really enjoy it. I am learning new practical skills, which I can apply to my everyday job being a jr. sous chef, I have improved my managerial and HR skills.
Bar

Beer Training & Development
Lauren Soderberg
The training I have received along my journey with NWTC has been second to none. I feel like the company really cares about my development and this shines through with the investment that I have personally had to better my career.
I was the first recruit through the industry leading “Master of Beer” program. I now share my expertise with staff across our estate through training sessions. Not only this, but I also get to impart that knowledge onto customers who come and do one of our ale tastings. With an Anthology of 65 different bottled beers and ciders that changes twice a year, there is always the opportunity to be learning more. Nothing makes me happier than when I use my expertise to recommend someone a beer, only for them to love it!
Bartender
Joe Hennessy
I have only been with the company a short period of time however I feel like the training I was provided has given me the skills to perform at my best! Since starting, I have also gained skills that would benefit me in general life, not just bartending like customer awareness and time management.
Operations

Leane Patching
I absolutely love developing people and what gives me the greatest satisfaction is seeing the people who have worked with me as part of my teams grow and develop through the ranks.

Operations Manager
Robbie Laybourn
When I joined this company 4 and a half years ago I never imagined I would be in the position I am now in such a short amount of time. The old cliche “we are like a family” has never been more true. Everyone is willing to go that extra mile for not only the customer but also their colleagues.

I love working for NWTC. I’m currently at University and feel like my unit is a home away from home with my new extended family.

With my passion for floristry I came across The Botanist in my local area and applied as it was really up my street. I love working for New World, they are very accommodating to my passions and external work as a florist. I really like working for a larger company because it feels very organised and there are amazing operations managers can assist me when needed.

From great colleagues, to awesome managers, to amazing food & drink, to beautiful buildings and funky décor, to vibrant marketing and salivating cook-offs, there is passion in every aspect of the company. It would be quicker and easier to ask me what I dislike about working for NWTC.
