Jesper joined New World from Ole & Steen where he led the bakery business's expansion from 35 to more than 100 outlets, including UK and New York. Previous to this, Jesper spent three years running the £2.27bn Western European arm of Carlsberg Group.
Jesper is passionate about leading on stong principles and values alongside a powerful focus on customer satifaction.
Jim joined NWTC as CFO in January 2019, having spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry. A graduate in Modern Languages, he trained as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young.
Jim has held roles as Finance Director of Pret A Manger and Yo!Sushi, as well as CFO of the Azzurri Group (owners of the Zizzi, ASK Italian and Coco di Mama brands).
Tim has 20 years of experience in property investment, development and construction. He is a Chartered Construction Manager and became Property Director in July 2016.
Tim has previously worked in asset management, private equity and development both as client and consultant which helps him to provide a greater understanding when approaching projects for NWTC.
Natasha began her career in the Engineering industry as a HR Graduate, but was drawn to the hospitality experience and joined NWTC where she started her journey as HR Manager. Growing quickly to be Head of HR and then HR Director. She became the first female member on The Board in January 2018.
Natasha is now our Chief Operating Officer and champions the very best from NWTC's brands.
Property Director: Tim McCormac
The Property department fuel our expansion and are the starting point behind each venue; from scouting the location, developing the plans and turning each site to a "home from home" for our guests (and teams alike).
COO: Natasha Waterfield
Our Operations department are the navigators behind our company and quite literally the eyes and ears across the estate. They work around the clock to make sure our venues are running smoothly and to the highest of standards.
Executive Chef: James Scott
The Kitchen are constantly creating new dishes and refining our world-famous classics, they ensure every guest experiences the very best of our menu.
Head of Bars: Kelly Harrison
The Bar department are the all-knowing experts that drink, breathe and sleep our refreshments; their exploration for new and exciting ingredients and their drive for excellence makes us extremely proud.
Head of Sales: Lucy Cole
Sales are the life and soul; they are the driving force that spreads the New World name and inspire others to fall in love with the company. They define permeability; as the visionaries that fuel excitement and opportunity.
Head of Brand: Suelen Poyser
Our Brand experts are the artistic hands that bring our New World to life; encompassing our vision to cultivate our brand visuals they hold the key to how our company is identified; both internally and externally.
CFO: Jim Pickworth
The Finance department demonstrate organisation and efficiency. Reviewing over 100,000 invoices and producing over 500 site and department P&Ls a year their attention to detail and professionalism can’t be faulted.
Head of HR: Rebecca Doyle
Our HR department understand the impact of human interaction and approaching sensitive grounds with poise. They cherish every member of New World and their adaptability and professionalism is unchallenged.
Strategic Planning Manager: Jonathan Townsend
They are the brain that is always ‘tick, tick, ticking’ away to guarantee our entire company functions like a well-oiled machine and together they keep the entire company running smoothly.
Head of I.T.C: Matthew Hickling
Our I.T.C. department play such an important part in our daily routines, communications and infrastructure. Like the lungs that help us breathe, our I.T.C team give us the means to work to our full potential.
Head of Digital: Stephanie Lloyd
