Something positive is happening at The Smugglers Cove on 20th January.

As part of their ‘Escape the Blues’ campaign, the Albert Dock, Liverpool venue will be hosting a day of inspiration and positivity this Blue Monday.

Historically (they say) Blue Monday is a well-noted day in the calendar when festive feelings have gone, dark nights seem darker, life pressures are more pressing, and we generally feel more negative emotions.

The Smugglers Cove and The New World Trading Company are on a mission to change this.   All-day Monday 20th January, guests are invited to ‘Escape the Blues’ at the Cove where they will receive a bottle bomb (message in a bottle). labelled, ‘Open me for a smile from The Smugglers Cove’ containing a scroll with a positive and funny message, plus a unique food discount from the team. 

  For The Smugglers Cove, this is all about inspiring positive thoughts by encouraging people to come out, spend time together and change the way we think and deal with negative emotions.  

Jasmine Gibson, Brand Manager for The Smugglers Cove said; “We want to encourage people not to bottle up their emotions through our positive message in a bottle campaign.
