Winter is coming and we’ve got the perfect getaway…The Watershed.

We’ll be bringing festive spirit to The Canal House, Birmingham, through The Watershed, our very own winter pergola, boasting of roaring fires, twinkling fairy lights, faux fur throws and a huge roof ready for all weathers.

What can you expect?

Officially launching on Thursday 13th October at 5pm, our cosy pergola will also feature live music, a mouth-watering street food menu, including grilled Birria Tacos and limited edition, winter-warmer cocktails…

From festive family and work get-togethers to a few drinks with friends or escaping Christmas shopping mayhem, The Watershed is perfect for any occasion. Our huge launch party will take place on Thursday 13th October from 5pm- it’s free to attend on a walk-in basis so we recommend getting there early for after-work celebrations to avoid queues!   

Inside the new lodge, you can expect to dine on some seriously good grub including the tempting Birria Beef Tacos stuffed with slow cooked pulled birria beef, cheese, pico de gallo, with a birria dipping sauce. Loaded Nachos topped with nacho cheese sauce, slow cooked chilli beef, pickled jalapenos, pico de gallo and crème fraiche.

That's not all...we've also got crispy fish, buffalo chicken or crispy celeriac soft flour tacos AND Bratwurst Hot Dogs. Plus, cosy, warming cocktails to wash it all down with. We really have thought of it all!  

How do you book in?

The Watershed will be open Monday to Thursday from 12pm until late and from 10am Friday to Sunday throughout the winter.

We’re open for walk-ins, but you can also book a limited number of tables each day via our website and areas can be booked out for Christmas parties and gatherings.
