March Challenge Accepted!

March Challenge Accepted!

March 30th, 2019

Throughout March, New Worlder's everywhere have set out to conquer our Space Traveller’s #MarchChallenge to help promote mindfulness and self-love! The March Challenge is more than just a challenge, it's the opportunity to make time for yourself to focus on the things you’ve always wanted to achieve.

Everyone set their own unique challenges whether it be exercise, meditation or to learn something new! Over the month, our beautiful people have been documenting their progress over on TRIBES so all members of New World can encourage and discover the incredible talents and breathtaking determination of their fellow Space Travellers!

The Space Traveller’s Handbook NWTC’s guide is there for you to ensure your mind and body are working at their best! Space Travel promotes a more conscious approach to self care and consideration towards the needs of your mind and body, plus how to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. By paying attention to these needs, you can successfully reach your full potential and “rocket through life” – a little thing we call ‘Space Travel’.

Making time for yourself can be tricky especially when working in a fast paced environment! So, Space Travel has teamed up with TRIBES to create an incentive whereby making time for yourself is easier and time can be well spent. The #MarchChallenge is here to help New Worlder’s achieve their personal goals (whether big or small) by encouraging them to set aside a little time each week in the month to form positive ‘micro’ habits they can (hopefully) carry on throughout the year!

Forming micro habits is an effective way of making those hard to reach goals part of your daily life. Setting aside this time to achieve something for yourself quickly goes from being a 4 week challenge to part your daily routine. However small, this time is really rewarding and important for a healthy mind and body!

The goals and challenges you set yourself don’t need to be massive or mean you have to suddenly become a Zen master! They could be anything from learning to make a lemon meringue pie or simply buying your shopping local, rather than supermarkets! These little, “oh, maybe one day” tasks are fulfilling and set a positive cycle in motion that you can tackle the big things too! With a little determination, you can go a long way... so, why not see what you can achieve in April?
