MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE MY NEW WORLD APP (“THE APP”) PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP OPERATED BY THE NEW WORLD TRADING COMPANY LIMITED.  These Terms and Conditions, together with the Licensed Application End-User Licence Agreement set out at for Apple devices or the Google Play Terms of Service set out at for Android devices (“the EULAs”) and any additional terms of use incorporated into the EULAs by reference, as well as the New World Trading Company App Mobile Application Privacy Policy are collectively “the Terms of Use”.

App Terms of Use

The Terms of Use apply to your use of:

The App hosted on the Apple iTunes App Store in relation to Apple devices or the Google Play Store in relation to Android devices, following your download of a copy of the App onto your mobile telephone or handheld device.

Any of the services you can access via the App.


By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the Terms of Use then you may not access the App.

In order to utilise the App and access its services, you must meet the following user requirements:

  • You must be aged 18 or over to download and use the App
  • If alcoholic or age-restricted products are purchased, both the purchaser and any intended consumer must be aged 18 or over and able to provide valid ID upon request
  • Your admission to licensed premises and service by the pub team is subject to licensing laws as well as any applicable The New World Trading Company policies or procedures
  • You must have either Apple Pay, Android Pay, a PayPal account or valid payment card to place an order.

The New World Trading Company accepts no responsibility for any damage or data loss caused to your mobile telephone or device as a result of downloading the App.

The ‘My New World’ membership rewards loyalty by giving credit (via your app or card) each time you make a food and/or drink purchase at any NWTC venue as well as entitling members to rewards and offers. The credit expires after 12 months from point of earning and can be redeemed as a 'balance' against food and drink purchases.

Employees are not permitted to join or use the physical loyalty card scheme, only the app version.

The ‘My New World’ app is only available to use in NWTC venues.

Only one loyalty account may be registered and used per individual.

The loyalty QR code must be presented at the time of purchase to redeem any rewards/credit.

Only the person to whom the app/card is registered may use the app and ID may be asked to be shown.

Credit will expire 12 months from when it is earned.

Credit is non-transferrable and carries no cash value.

Loyalty credit will be added to the account used to place the order.

Credit will be added to the loyalty account within 72 hours.

Loyalty is not eligible against staff discount and these items must be put through on a separate payment when loyalty is used

All My New World physical gift cards must be registered within 28 days of first use to be valid.


The General Manager may exercise their sole discretion to refuse to serve any guest or to make any other decision with the intention of observing and upholding the licensing objectives, as well as any applicable New World Trading Company policies or procedures.

All products and offers are subject to availability. The General Manager may offer alternative products or refunds at their sole discretion.

In the event that you experience technical issues when using the App, speak to a member of the team for assistance.

Any refunds due will be processed through the venue’s till during the same day or can be refunded via the Payment Gateway provider merchant portal. Refunded sums will be returned to the PayPal account or originating card within 72 working hours but may be dependent on your bank.

We apologise, but it is not possible to amend or cancel orders once placed.

Please speak to a member of bar or restaurant staff if you have any dietary or allergen requirements.

  • You must let us know you’re claiming your reward at time of booking.
  • You must have signed up 24 hours before your birthday.
  • Providing incorrect information will mean you are ineligible.
  • You must order at least one main meal to quality for this rewards.
