Why are all New World venues currently closed?

The health, safety and wellbeing of our team members, guests and wider community has always been, and will continue to be our number one priority. This decision has been made to help protect our communities.   

I have an upcoming reservation, what happens next?

Our teams are working through all our upcoming and future reservations and will be in touch to support and work with you to rearrange or resolve, so that we may welcome you once again when our doors re-open. 

I have a gift card or My New World credit due to expire in the next few months, what should I do?

For gift cards and My New World credit due to expire between March – June we will be extending your expiry date until 31 October 2020. You can check the balance of your existing gift card here.

Will you be doing home delivery or click and collect during this time?

During our temporary closure, we will not be operating delivery or click and collect services – we will be putting every effort into supporting our talented and wonderfully unique teams and guests through this time and look towards planning for the future so that when we welcome you back, we will do so in true New World style.

How can people within our communities help?

For now, we will continue to keep our community together online where we’ll be sharing stories, tasty recipes, masterclasses and all-important positivity on our social media channels and we'd love you to join in.

We'd also love to welcome you again when we re-open and if you'd like to purchase a gift card for any of our restaurants you can find out more here, to enjoy at your convenience.

How long will the closure last, will you reopen?

We are unable to say with certainty when we’ll reopen – although we will be ready to open our doors once again as soon as it is safe and best to do so.

Rest assured, we will be back as soon as we can and it won’t be long before we’re all enjoying Hanging Kebabs™, cocktails and live music together once again.

Can we book a table for the future?

Absolutely, we have temporarily suspended bookings online for the next 8-12 weeks (reviewing the government and health advice daily) but you can make a future booking or enquiry for that lunch, dinner, masterclass, Christmas or special occasion on the venue’s website… and we can’t wait to see you all again soon.

If you were due to attend any event hosted at a New World Trading Company venue in collaboration with our external partners, they will be in touch with further information regarding the event.
